This city is in my top 5 in Europe. Everything from the beautifully sculpted building, to the hot baths on a cold, steamy winter night. It seems as though every square inch of the city is decorated in some way.

This massive city was the result of two major cities beginning to overlap. Thus Buda and Pest were combined to form Budapest. A city so large needs to be easy to cross, and this one is. They have affordable public transportation of every kind going every which way. 

The meaty, spicy food was another plus for me. Getting myself with some hot gulash soup to get out of the cold was a pleasure. It's also a great place to go out with people. plenty of things to do in this wonderful city.
