The cultural capital of Poland, and crown jewel for the polish people. This city is an architectural masterpiece. Churches, castles, churches in castles, and churches the size of castles are just some of the marvels to check out in Kraków. The once capital of Poland was built on top of an even older city, whose remains have been recently discovered and opened to the public as a museum. Kraków is the perfect city, whether you want eat some pierogi, check out some art and history musuems, or just stroll along the WisÅ‚a (Vistula River).

Another one I didn't get to spend enough time in. This was the first real stop in our road trip. We explored the city in a cold night, shrouded in fog. That took nothing away from it's beauty. Under closer examination in the morning, we found that the city has history and art scattered throughout it's colorful architecture. I will definitely be making my way back here.
