I really wanted to visit Copenhagen after I heard so much about how happy people there are. So we checked it out and tried seeing what all the fuss is about. Wow! This place is gorgeous. I love the minimalism design and efficiency that this Danish culture seems to enjoy. I can't say much about the authentic cuisine (not a seafood eater) but with how modern the city is, anything can be easily found. The Dane's also seem to care about the environment, with Tesla Ubers and bicycles being the preferred option to dealing with hectic traffic and polluting their air. Organic, local fresh food is the standard in Denmark and they wouldn't have it any other way.

We also visited Frederiksborg Castle just outside of Copenhagen. The intimidating castle has a vast collection of possessions from past generations of royalty, as well as massive gardens to stroll through. Here are some of my favorites from Denmark.
